 I worked with Anne over the past year in my efforts to find either my “Dream House” or the right parcel of land where I could build one.  In that vein, Anne took me around to all of the suitable houses in Sudbury that met my basic criteria, and lots of those that didn’t, but that were on large enough lots that I might be able to consider reconstruction.  Anne was the soul of patience from the start of the process and in fact continued to be a huge resource for me even after I finally closed on a property.

 

I ultimately bought a parcel that was a picture perfect lot on almost 5 acres, where I could reconstruct my new house.  It was an extremely complex transaction due to the special circumstances of the sellers.  It was further complicated by all of the Conservation rulings and permitting requirements that needed to be satisfied to build the new house.  Anne was extremely helpful throughout the process, from negotiating the purchase price and P&S, attending all of the hearings and town meetings with me, researching various aspects of the permitting requirements, finding me a real estate attorney, and even helping list the property for rent when there were delays in the approval process.  All the while, Anne was upbeat, supportive, responsive and extremely professional.  She was as much a coach and advisor as she was a real estate broker.  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Anne.  She was hands-down the smoothest aspect of the transaction!
